Return and Refund Policy

At NEOKIN, we are committed to providing high-quality men’s sportswear and casualwear products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

You may request a return or refund within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for customized products, private label items, printed or embroidered products, or bulk orders that have been produced according to confirmed specifications, unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at sandy@neokinsports.com with your order information, photos, and a description of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product quality issue.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
