Shipping Policy

NEOKIN provides shipping and delivery services for global customers.

Shipping methods, delivery time, and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, order quantity, product type, customization requirements, and logistics provider.

For in-stock or standard products, orders will be processed after payment confirmation. For customized or bulk production orders, delivery time will depend on sampling, production, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping arrangements.

NEOKIN is backed by an apparel factory established in 2009, with strong capabilities in product development, sampling, bulk production, quality inspection, packaging, and delivery. We are committed to stable supply, reliable quality, and on-time delivery.

Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, logistics issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
