Do you offer OEM and ODM sportswear manufacturing?
Yes. NEOKIN provides OEM and ODM manufacturing services for apparel brands, wholesalers, retailers and e-commerce businesses. We can manufacture according to your existing designs and technical specifications or support product development based on your project requirements.
What can I customize for my sportswear products?
Depending on the product, customization options include fabric composition and weight, colors, sizing, fit, logo application, labels, hangtags and packaging. Available techniques may include sublimation printing, heat transfer, embroidery and other suitable printing methods. Final options are confirmed for each style.
How does NEOKIN ensure product quality?
Our quality control process covers key production stages, including fabric inspection, measurements, stitching, printing and embroidery, trims, color consistency, labels and packaging. AQL 2.5 is used as an inspection standard for applicable orders. Product specifications and quality requirements should be confirmed before production.
Can you manufacture sportswear from my design or reference images?
Yes. You can provide your technical pack, reference images, measurement chart, fabric requirements, logo files and other product specifications. Our team will review the requirements and confirm feasibility before sampling. Please ensure that any supplied designs and logos are owned by you or authorized for use.
Who does NEOKIN work with?
We work with apparel brands, clothing wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce sellers, sports teams, schools, clubs and other business buyers. Our OEM and ODM services support businesses developing private-label sportswear, custom teamwear and other men's activewear collections.
What information should I provide to request a quotation?
To help us prepare an accurate quotation, please provide the product type or reference image, estimated order quantity, fabric requirements, size range, colors, logo or customization details, destination country and target delivery date. Technical packs and reference files are also welcome.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 50% deposit and a 50% balance payment. Payment arrangements will be confirmed in the quotation or pro forma invoice. Monthly credit terms are not available under our standard payment policy.
What is NEOKIN's manufacturing capacity?
NEOKIN's manufacturing operation was established in 2009 and is based in Guangxi, China. Our facility covers approximately 20,000 square meters, with over 500 employees and 12 production lines. Reported daily production capacity exceeds 50,000 pieces, supporting a range of apparel manufacturing requirements.
Can I purchase ready-stock products or request custom bulk production?
Both options are available where supported by the product listing and order requirements. Ready-stock purchases depend on available inventory and checkout shipping options. For custom OEM/ODM orders, please submit a quotation request with your specifications and target quantity.
Do you ship internationally?
For custom bulk orders, shipping options and costs are confirmed according to the destination, order quantity and selected shipping method. Ready-stock checkout is available only for destinations where shipping options have been configured. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us to discuss your requirements.
